3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

We will not use your personal content for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding our services, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual licence to use such feedback without obligation or compensation to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

14. Specialist Conduct and Limitations

All specialists working through the Perkventure platform are bound by professional conduct standards. However, the relationship between you and your specialist is a service relationship only. Specialists are not employees of Perkventure in all cases and may operate as independent contractors. We are not liable for individual specialist conduct beyond what is covered by our service guarantee policies.

15. Force Majeure

Perkventure shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, infrastructure failures, governmental actions, pandemics, or internet outages.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Perkventure with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

17. Severability
